Good background, well sourced, names names. Written with good balance, historical looks back. A good read on the troubled Swat Valley.

Another article adding to a growing consensus. Hard to make peace with guys who dump Acid in little school girls mouths and on thier faces for going to school. Pakistans leaders are a spinless lot, the Taliban will filet them like fish peace deal or no peace deal.
