U.S. Concerned About Pakistan's Swat Valley Deal

Pakistan's government says it is implementing Islamic law in the Swat Valley in exchange for a truce with Taliban militants. The deal has raised concern in the West. As the experts who have been there say "it's just a matter of time" before they try for a bigger prize. It's a spit in the face to the U.S. who spend billions on Pakistan. Where does this money go? If they are training an army to battle the Taliban, it's going in peoples pockets.

This is a serious set-back to U.S.-Pakistan relations. If the Taliban is allowed the run of Pakistan and the borders, Obama needs to rethink the deployment of American troops.

A brief update on the reactions to the Pakistan Goverment's capitulation with the Taliban via a land deal. Short on facts, no analysis on the implcations of Shariah Law being imposed. Straight report, not a lot of effort by the writer.

Making a deal with the devil never works. We are watching the begginging of the end of Pakistan and the start of it's sliding into the dark ages led by Islamic cave men. India is getting their Nukes ready...this is no joke gang.
