a very thoughtful treatise on the definition of bipartisanship and what it means and doesn't .

we can hope that all members of congress/senate read or heard this and that it could be published in msm outlets for us to discuss and think about.

Excellent speech, high ideals, and a valuable attempt to redefine "bipartisan."

I hope the concept works out as well as this speech sounds. The initial outlook seems bleak at the moment, but there's too much at stake for this to fail.
