A good article take tells of a tad of this enormous Bill. I would bet no one has completely read this bill, mainly just what affects them. Rahm says Obama got 80% of what he wanted. Screw the republicans.

Leaves out the policy changes - reversal of the 1996 welfare reform - feds to review everyone's medical treatment and disapprove if they don't like it.

The stimulus bill should be called the stealth stimulus - a big step toward making the USA into France.
