I guess things are back to normal. According to the sources involved, it was Obama's Chief of Staff, not the Vice President that was the pit bull. It's nice to see the V.P. doing what a V.P. is supposed to do. With Bush, it was Cheney doing whatever it took to get something passed and lording over everything to make Bush look lost. Obama has it right and got what he wanted.

Every President needs a tough Chief of State to keep all the balls in the air at the same time. He's got a good one.
