Although this article is well written and articulate, I am still very skeptical about the subject and the claims it is making. All of its evidence is backed up by one source, the results of the test. This is a very new finding so as a reader, I want to have more evidence. I am not sure if I believe these findings. Also, it is alarming to me that these researches put the rats through electrical shock. Do rats respond to these fatty foods differently than humans? I would assume so. I am left wanting to know more and skeptical of these claims.
