A sad lopsided snapshot view of what can happen when you live in an active battle zone. I saw no legitemet link of any culpability of the US in the matter. A comment or two on Hamas and it's connection to the fighting would have been welcome. That said, if it was Murder, it should be dealt with.

Finding stories of innocent people killed is an easy thing to achieve in these situations. Always sad, but can only be viewed in context of the individual act. Israel unlike Hamas does not have as a matter of policy the extermination of the other side, or they would be. If Hamas had the weapons of Israel, would they hesitate to use them fully? Frankly, Israel has shown remarkable restraint. As absurd as the concept of Proportional response is, Israel is trying.

The NLG delegation of lawyers here provides detailed documentation of apparently intentional atrocities inflicted upon the Gaza ghetto by Israeli forces during the attacks and bombardments. NGOs and non-media sources sometimes seem most motivated and effective in finding and reporting critical news information.
