A solid report on the state of the union in the Republican Party. 170-0. If I were a betting man, which I am, I would say that the conservatives were ever so slightly biased by fear and peer-pressure against this bill. But, what do I know?

As I write this, the Senate has passed the bill with 3 republican turncoats. I'll help anyone out there if they want to tar and feather these sleaze balls.
