Mr. Cloud, I don't think you get the point. You said the testing would cost 37.000 dollars. But this is random testing, so every teacher wouldn't get tested. Let's say half. That cut the price in half. Just the fear of testing would reduce it. Now, If baseball player's, who never come in contact with my kids, have to be tested, why not the teacher who is there everyday.
My personal view is I'm against testing anyone, but it's hypocritical to test Bobby Bonds and not test my child's teacher.
