The representative fails to provide any proof for ANY of his arguments. He also fails to note the success or failure of health systems in other countries that would tend to prove or disprove his arguments.

Finally! The Republican health reform plan. Note that reforming medical liability, which according to most experts would shave off at most 2% of costs, leads the list as always. None of the others are bad ideas. None of them are new. Most are in current bills.
