While biased, this story provides substantial information for consideration. Sourcing seems biased as well, but otherwise a thought provoking read from a different point of view.

This is an important article that breaks down the education spending proposal, and attacks it on several fronts. The primary arguments revolve around the idea that Federal spending on education A) won't stimulate the economy and B) don't actually improve the quality of the education. The arguments are clearly articulated and well sourced, though many of the research sources are other Heritage Foundation papers, or articles from other Conservative sources (e.g. National Review, Hoover Institute).
