the author, the leader of libya, is a key reason for noting this opinion., he discusses some relevant history on both sides in balanced information to then suggest a one-state solution to the conflict.. he is not the only person familiar with the conflict to suggest this, based upon those facts in this piece of so much overlap within the boundaries.

60 minutes had a piece sun. eve. in which it appeared almost impossible to achieve a two-state solution. clearly this one also seems almost impossible but perhaps libya has some ability to facilitate the outcome at some point.
