a very informative story with many sources from the industries mentioned. illustrates the dangers of becoming so effective and successful with similarly successful competitors who deem them a threat. in this age of seeming giants in other areas including banks, insurance co.s and others, i wish the article had discussed why the communications industry is front and center in antitrust.

this reminds me of games such as 'risk' where players gang up on others to win. is all fair in this kind of war?
