The biggest weakness in this story is the lack of a voice for the other groups pressing for the lawsuit. There is probably more useful information on the TVA's history of cleaning up their plants that would help us understand if they're aggressive or dragging their feet. That would be a help with balance. Another failing is any mention of the coal versus renewables and/or nuclear debate that would also affect plans for TVA's electric generation operations.

One of the issues the story fails to mention is the whole issue of renewable versus coal based energy production. The humorous but pointed piece touches on bits of that in an article that touches on numerous elements of the issue.
