Obama to Shut Guantánamo Site and C.I.A. Prisons

This news report describes actions that were planned by Obama (and have since been taken) concerning detainees in the "war on terror". It is fair reporting that provides context for the actions and for the criticisms of the actions. It is unfortunate that anonymous sources had to be used -- but their information proved to be accurate.
