It would not surprise me if the run off election is 'rigged' too by the way of having more polls open than the security can handle, which the UN is saying. The seriousness of the attack on UN is very worrisom, and it reminds me of the awfull attack on the UN field office in Bagdad, where one of the best UN leader was killed among many others.
