Greenwald clearly lays out the facts and the law, which state that Bush and officials must be tried for the war crime of torture. There is no weasel room for political discretion.

Bush and Cheney and those who conspired with them to commit torture should be charged and tried. Those who conspired to conceal it should also be tried. Bush and Cheney stating that they approved torture is a confession and a apparently a brag like the brag of a street-strutting thug.
