Many Jewish intellectuals think Israel is ultimately going to fail if it does not end the occupation of the West Bank and the Golan Heights, and make peace with the Palestinians and Syrians. There are now more than 120 illegal colonies of Jewish fanatics and opportunist property buyers in the West Bank. These Jews will have to leave the West Bank or accept Palestinian sovereignty, and the insane effort by Zionists (and Israeli militarists) to create more "facts on the ground" is only making the resolution of the problem more complicated.
