Insightful news analysis on protests from around the world against Israeli attacks on Gaza. The author points to the increasing gap between Arab regimes and their people. The author's own viewpoint favoring Palestinian interests is quite apparent in this piece, but he provides a variety of other perspectives that are typically under-reported by the mainstream media. Whether or not we agree with these perspectives, they provide useful context to help us make sense of this complex conflict.
