Israel Should Stop the War and Let US Enjoy the Inauguration
There are rumors that the Israeli government may declare a unilateral cease fire Saturday. They had better. Because if they ruin the Obama inauguration by splashing the bloody bodies of dead Palestinian children all over the press during the next few days, no Americans, even the most pro-Israeli, are going to forgive them. Hamas deserves to be driven into the ground. It was Hamas who initiated this war and Israel needs to continue until Israel is guaranteed security--which will most likely mean a continuous presence in the Gaza. All of this can be laid at the feet of the UN.
