Judge Orders Search of Bush Administration E-Mails

The order reflects a continuing effort by outside groups to ensure that the White House transfers historically significant materials to the National Archives on or before next Tuesday, as required by federal law. The last minute lawsuits and court orders seem to have drawn out a claim that the mysteriously "missing" emails have been found. The story is presented fairly clearly here.

As is said in the article, I'll believe it when I see it.
