Making refugees of refugees, where there is no place to go. This, for some reason, reminded me of General Leonard Wood machine-gunning 600 Moros in the crater of the Mt. Dajo volcano in 1906. History repeats itself.

When you look around at the devastation I wonder how some people can say any of this is staged. The buildings are collapsed and dust when 17 days ago they were sound dwellings for many families. You can see the shock, grief and pain on the faces of the children and the panic in the adults as they get what they can from their homes or what's left of what was their home.
