The article identifies countries around the world with negative and positive views of bush, but is a bit light in investigating reasons for the public impressions. Was government propaganda used, was the local press right wing, was the aid motivated to counter Chinese and Russian influences, ... It is a good read, but raises other unanswered questions.

This news analysis presents data, but not a lot of sourcing, pinpointing where on the global map outgoing and unpopular President George Bush is liked and even esteemed, with parents in one country naming their children after him. Some countries are predictable--Israel, for instance; but others even have the experts baffled.

The best part of the analysis concerns how countries that have counted on Bush's unpopularity--the president everyone loves to hate--with incoming Obama, the president everyone loves. To judge the feelings of a Country on what their President has said is ludicrous! We all know here in the US, that politicians give each other compliments and then stab each other in the back. I know just about every country in Africa, most of which our present President is not even aware of and I can assure you that Bush is not their friend. This article has been written by an ET.

I will not miss him because just the sight of his face makes me want to vomit. Wake up World from your decade comatose state and face the Truth. If you cling to an idea as the inalterable truth, then when the truth does come in person and knocks at your door, you will not be able to open the door and accept it.
