PHILADELPHIA - With only 12 days left in his presidency, nearly every item on George W. Bush’s schedule marks a milestone for him.

Primarily and unabashed PR piece of little informative value.

I have to wonder if the headline writer read the article. What 'milestone' will be reached when the last US military personnel will be maimed or killed under this "Commander in Chief"?
