Interesting report about how environmentalists perceive the Bush legacy. This Fox News article seems generally factual and present a variety of perspectives on the president's environmental track record. But the report gives a rosier picture of Bush's track record than may be deserved, by using 'he-said, she-said' coverage that makes it look like there are as many environmentalists who support Bush's policy as people who oppose it. This sounds suspicious to me, given the number of criticisms Bush has received about his environmental track record to date.

A balanced article on Bush's environmental record. It's impressive that Fox ran this as a possible attempt by the administration to remediate his record on the environment. On the other hand, the environment hasn't been a primary concern for many on the right, so perhaps this was a safe place for Fox to choose to show some balance.

Fox is so biased, that one suspects they only published the criticisms of Bush's environmental legacy in order to be able to publish he-said she-said praises of Bush's environmental policies without being laughed off the block. That said, the marine conservation monument appears to be a very good step in preserving parts of the ocean.

A short article that manages to convey the latest news regarding Bush's environmental legacy, while at the same time offering historical perspective and giving a voice to his critics. Concise and to the point.
