Why Feinstein broke with Obama on Panetta

Story treats incident as a tactical move by Fieinstein to assert her authority. Could it be that Panetta for the CIA is just a rotten idea? Article does not engage this issue.

Putting a politician in charge of the CIA indicates that Obama does not want objective intelligence, but he wants to control the message to suit his political needs.
