Democracy 'at heart' of Bush legacy

As George Bush's presidency limps to its end, many opinion polls rate him as the most unpopular president of all time. But how will history judge him? The US ambassador, Robert Tuttle, was appointed by Mr Bush and says that his legacy in Africa is admirable. The 11 minute audio is an interesting attempt at spin. If you did not know the interviewer knew the facts and the interviewee was trying to lie, the interview could be confusing.

I do believe the Brits remember what the press is supposed to be about.
