Obama Faces Legacy of Lawlessness at Justice

After 29 years enforcing the civil rights laws at the Department of Justice, in 2002 Richard Ugelow was abruptly transferred from his position as deputy chief of employment litigation to an administrative job in the civil division, which defends the government against, among other things, claims of civil rights violations. The gigantic piles of “merde du cheval” Bushies are leaving behind will take years to clean up.

If this article is accurate and last-minute use of shredding machines doesn’t cause another blackout to the Northeast, we’re in for some extraordinary, mind-boggling reading as Cheney-Bush-and-cohorts’ memos and other memorabilia become public. My, My, My,. The more rocks you look under, the more snakes you find. Dick Cheney could walk under a snake with a top-hat on and never bother the snake. It will probably take years to undo ideology that Bush & co. poisoned at the Justice Dept. A very good report.

Did George Bush and Dick Cheney think they would be in office forever? They had to know that the truth of all the laws they broke would come out. All I can believe that will happen is Bush will pull out the pardon pen and pardon any and every person in their Administration.
