The article does make a small statement that Israel is the party that broke the original truce. Many of the world quotes seem to be from those in bed with the Israeli right, or intimidated by them. The article has the strange request for readers to tell them if they should publish pictures of the bloody mayhem of the war. Not to show the horrors of war is to support war and state murder; the question should not have to be asked.
