An excellent explanation or the rebirth of the public option.

There is indeed a danger here if there is a state opt-out option I fear that would be worse then no public option at all; since to change this would be a horrid task at best then many of us would be FOREVER stuck with no coverage and then the only way would be to move to another state. Federal laws must be equal to all. We can not allow the minority to ave rule over the minority.
