H D S Greenway demolishes Bush's efforts to cover up his disastrous failures as a president, particularly regarding the Iraq War catastrophe, caused by stunning incompetence, arrogance and outright dishonesty on a colossal scale.

Bush is an arrogant ignoramus who laziness, dishonesty and gross fundamental incompetence has cost this country trillions of dollars for two unnecessary wars, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of people killed in the illegal war in Iraq.

Greenway gives a pretty good summary.

However, describing the Bush/Cheney disasters as spawning from "recklessness" seems to ascribe their actions to exuberant misadventure. I view their actions to spawn from vicious class greed, racial disdain, resource wars, and a thirst for global military domination. Greenway is being much too kind, in my opinion.
