Should the amount of aid that African countries receive from Europe be linked to their efforts to prevent their nationals moving to this continent?

This is an interesting story about a possible means of dealing with immigration. That method is providing more assistance to nations who will limit immigrations. This story includes other immigration problems. This story is a must read.

We should all know that solving immigration is not as easy building a wall.
