Excellent summary of the reasons G W Bush and the US are reviled not only in Iraq, but throughout the Muslim world. Bush crows about victory in Iraq where hundreds of thousands of Iraqis died violent deaths in an unnecessary war caused by the imbecility of the president and the stupidity of the American public.
