Kaminer seems to put forth a legal argument that could be used by the conservative ADF. She seems to be overstepping her deference to the ADF. There is a line between advocating changing the laws, and advocating breaking the laws. Civil disobedience should be reserved for disobeying unjust laws, and no credible argument is made that the tax code here is unjust.
