Vague statements imply that Obama's Gallup 53% approval rating is "close to the bottom" for a newly-elected president. How close? Not stated. Is that for all newly elected Presidents, or just recent ones? Not stated. No source at all -- much less any objective outside source is quoted on his place in his polling compared to other first term Presidents. It states that Jon Corzine is in "severe danger" of defeat, and the article states he is "running even" even though Corzine is currently leading in some current polls by 3 pts, and the momentum in the race is that his opponent is dropping in the polls and he is slowly raising. No pro Obama, or objective voices are quoted, and critics such as Dick Cheney quotes are given two ... More »
