This well-written, focused article highlights a unique response to the Mumbai attacks: UK Prime Minister Brown offers Pakistan money to help them "tackle the causes of radicalization". Gordon Brown giving 8.5 million dollars to combat extremism, is like Tiger Woods making a twenty foot put to win the U.S. Open, and donating it Aids in Africa. I's a great gesture, but hardly a world shattering event.
