Pretty good article on the evolution of Vista operating system on the market. Poor defense from the Redmond emergency team: saying there weren't to many attempts to break Vista through his security flaws doesn't mean hackers won't do that in increasing numbers. Besides that, Windows seems to ignore a rule of every system that says the greater its complexity, the harder its maintenance. Plus that a greater complexity doesn't necessarily serve but the interest of the corporate businesses, while the population at large has more basic computing needs and people can view Vista only as a curiosity, not always as an item to buy.
