No, this is journalism meant to insight people and reap profits for Rolling Stone. The divisive overtones of the article diminsih its quality.

The language in this article is extremely biased in a negative tone. While I tend to be politically aligned with the arguments made in favor of a healthier environment over a deregulated corporate control, the language is transparently divisive along party lines. There is much crucial information about "midnight regulations", but the importance of the information is undermined by wording it in this way. Then again, this is Rolling Stone and they aren't going to reap profits by being neutral.
