Cursory assessment of India's potential causes for concern with two other neighboring countries: Nepal and Bangladesh. The borders are porous, the neighbors are armed and chaotic. What's missing is the 'why'. To understand the potential dangers, at least some mention is needed of the long-standing political, economic, tribal and religious conflicts throughout the region.
