Mumbai: The Kashmir Connection
After 181 people were killed in the Mumbai terrorist attacks, fingers immediately pointed at Pakistan. But, Pakistan says they are victims of terrorism too. While the terrorists may have arrived from Karachi, part of the motivation to attack India stems from long-simmering tensions in Kashmir.

If I understand what the reporter is saying, every time there seems to be an attempt at reconciliation between India and Pakistan on the issue of Kashmir, a terrorist act occurs. A lot like Israel and the Palestinians it seems.
