This one article states: how American policy has failed to do what it set out to do, why those policies should not be adopted by others (India), and gives a glimpse into how we (the US) are seen by (some) others around the world. Recommended.

Superb obliteration of Bush administration's idiotic claims that the US responded appropriately to 9/11. US corporations gained huge profits, but hundreds of thousands of Iraqis died violent deaths needlessly, and the region is more unstable rather than less, after the squandering of $3 trillion US taxpayer dollars.

The sheer imbecility and viciousness of the Bush administration's response to the 9/11 attacks truly is staggering.

This is what the Hoosiers call "How the Cow Ate the Cabbage." This is the kind of journalism, perspective and information that allows our country to believe it has the world's best health care, and that all Muslims are terrorists. Share this with your friends. The most thoughtful, scholarly general publication in India, a far more democratic state than we are, tells it like it is from outside the borders of the US.

A biased report form a biased reporter from a biased newspaper.

George Bush is the worst President this country has produced. The Iraqi War will go down as one of the biggest mistakes of all time. The Torture of innocent or even guilty prisoners set this country's human rights back to the Civil War era and our country's reputation may never be repaired.
