If I was Bill Gates i would give him a few million, but when due you open pandora's box. I would rather find the people responsible for this barbaric act(s) and send them to prison for the rest of their lives. I agree with your cause 100%, but where does it end, and in reality, the next time it happens, he'll never be seen again.
