Good summary of advice by five of Hillary Clinton's predecessors as to what and how to do the job. James Baker says go right at the Israel/Palestine problem and not to make the mistake Bill Clinton and G W Bush made, of waiting until late in their second terms to get serious.

A agree with Baker. The intense dislike of the US on the part of so many hundreds and hundreds of millions of people around the world owes a great deal to the perception, quite correct, that the US enables Israel to oppress the Palestinians, decade after decade after decade.
