Canada's leader outfoxes opposition, averts confidence vote

I don't know if it's what we'd call 'quality' - but it points out a major issue happening just to our North in a place where we thought stability was a given. And we know so little about the place - how many of us could name the prime minister?

Whoa Canada??? This only supposed to happen in dictatorships miles away! I think the last time this was tried in a major English speaking country (pardonnez moi, Quebec) was a few centuries back by a guy named Charles.
