The purpose of this piece — more a blog post than an investigative report — is to remind readers of one thing: a media scandal over which Barry McCaffrey presided when he ran anti-drug efforts for the Clinton administration. On that limited basis it succeeds.

add one to the drum beat concerning NBC lack of integrity in conspiracy with the(neo-con) Pentagon and DofJ.

need is a mass movement to demand accountability and honesty in journalism....by all citizens and concerned persons. what are the consequences for lying.
