Very fine exposure of deliberate effort, apparently, by major news organizations, to help G W Bush pretend he invaded Iraq because he was badly informed. In fact, the CIA knew Iraq posed no threat to the US, long before the invasion. The CIA also knew Iraq had no WMD.

G W Bush was remarkably ignorant, and arrogant to boot. He made a perfect stooge or dupe for Dick Cheney who seems to have been only too well aware Iraq posed no threat to the US, before the invasion went forward.
