This article is concise and well written, with links to Barstow's more detailed article and other references. The importance of the topic to the ethics of journalism and to exposing the dark forces working to profit from war is clear.

Has anybody provided an action site for protesting to NBC?

Important and until now under reported. Barstow original story is now being discussed in the blogisphere. This story explains why.

way over due....accountability in the era of ? hope? I wonder if NBC should forfeit its broadcast privileges...questions on honesty in media through out society need volume and intensity.

Superb attack on NBC News for largely concealing gross dishonesty of the Pentagon in recruiting a horde of paid (prostitute?) retired military men to talk up the Iraq War and keep the public supportive of the idiotic "defense" spending by the US.

Only a total fool would think it makes sense for the US to spend as much money on weapons as the rest of the world combined.
