The report starts off clear with an analysis and sourced report. Then Olbermann cuts to the most convoluted, emotional segment of the interview where the subjects involved start fighting and threatening each other. I don't think that a heated disagreement (that actually seems personal) can be spun out to predict the crumbling of the entire GOP. For an analysis to be more useful, it needs to be grounded much more in statistics and verified sources.

Only 20% of Americans ID themselves as Republicans (the lowest point in history), says Chris Kofinis, the Democratic strategist. If this is true, that's is actually a very telling statistic.
