The article advocates some major mind-shifts in what energy policies are politically practical in the current timeframe. It is interesting and thoughtful.

I do not go along with nukes or ethanol, and the economics and technology of carbon sequestration makes it unlikely. The taboo topic of limiting population growth was again taboo here.
