The facts revolve around Obama's intentions to present a bill that he must realize now should have been part of the overall stimulus. Getting it past a new Congress packed with Tea Party Reps. appears to have bleak prospects at this time.

Good luck with cutting oil and gas subsidies to pay for it!

No. The White house has a plan? What's the goal? If ya got no goal ya got no plan. Create jobs. Fix some roads put some union workers to work? That's no plan.

Bring all Interstate Highways Up to the 80MPH standard by 2015. Privatize the system. DO SOMETHING Link the 20 most populated cities in the US with 250 mph rail by 2020.
